Fundamental Principles

Kids Oneida ...
  • Is a cost effective integrated system of care for children and families.

Value Base = Outcomes + Family Empowerment + Cost

  • Is in the business of purchasing service outcomes rather than the services themselves.
  • Is committed to full family involvement in the design, delivery, and receipt of services.

    Goal

  • It is our goal to empower seriously emotionally disturbed children and their families with high service needs and to enable them to live in their home (or in the least restrictive environment) in ways that are productive, healthy and meaningful through an integrated system of care.

    Mission

It is our mission to empower children, families and individuals who have high service needs and enabling them to live ways that are productive, healthy and meaningful.
