Kids Oneida Job Responsibilities

Executive Director/CEO is responsible for the overall administrative, financial, and day to day business affairs of the corporation. Ensures compliance with all governmental accrediting bodies and develops performance improvement strategies for the corporation. Ensures clinical and business strategies are clinically sound and financially viable.

Chief Financial Officer - Oversee all corporate business and fiscal affairs including the creation of an annual budget. Responsible for all human resource issues, facility management, and oversight of provider network.

Medical Director - Ensures that the Plan of Care addresses the necessary treatment components for the child and family and provides a 3rd party review. Reviews Child and Adolescent Functional Assessment Scores (CAFAS) and provides consultation with Kids Oneida Staff, Parents, and other Service Providers.

Clinical Supervisor - provides clinical supervision to all Family Service Coordinators and works closely with the Director of Case Management. Clinical Supervisor ensures that Plans of Care are comprehensive, utilizes both clinical and wraparound services and addresses the needs of the entire family. Additionally, the Clinical Supervisor promotes family empowerment and independence.

Family Service Coordinators work closely with families to identify strengths and needs in order to prevent out of home placements or to reduce the time spent in placement. They develop Plans of Care utilizing traditional, non-traditional and natural resources to address the identified, high risk needs. FSC provide a 24 hour emergency, on-call response service for all of our families.
