Clinicians

Clinicians

Clinicians play a vital role in the treatment of children and families’ mental health.  The families and the Kids Oneida Team rely on Psychiatrist, Psychologist, and Therapist to assess mental health and make treatment recommendations.

Clinicians also provide psycho-education to parents/caregivers and children regarding mental health disorders and treatment options.  It is important that clients understand their mental health so that they can implement coping strategies and be active with their treatment.  Understanding mental health is the key to future success, recovery, and compliance with treatment.

Communication with the Kids Oneida team is an integral component of the Wrap Around Philosophy to ensure the success of our clients.

We look forward to working with you.

Why We're Unique
Kids Oneida was established based on the principles of Wraparound. This approach to children’s mental health has gained both state wide and national attention as an extremely effective way to keep families together.

Understanding Mental Health
Understanding mental health is more than looking at mental illness and how to treat it. Good mental health is necessary for everyone who wants to lead healthy lives.
